Id like to hold on as much as possible because just because. However just because isn’t always the case. Holding on means prolonging such painful psychological state and letting go means freedom from disillusionment.   But why is letting go harder than holding on? It may come easy because it is the most logical thing to do but the decision of the brain cannot always dictate the desires of the heart.   Hurt.
